    ED. WÜSTHOF DREIZACKWERK from SOLINGEN is an enterprise with a long tradition and one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality cutlery. 

    Since 1814 knives bearing the WÜSTHOF name have been manufactured in Solingen, and nowadays the company still is a family enterprise in the 7. generation, managed by Harald Wüsthof. More than 350 dedicated collaborators are employed in two state-of-the-art facilities in Solingen.

    The TRIDENT in the company logo, which symbolises shape and exclusive quality, was registered as a trade mark already in 1895. Nowadays this trade mark is protected in almost all countries and is renowned  as a distinctive brand of knives. The main focus of production is laid on forged knives for amateur and professional chefs.

    The manifold process operations are conducted by experienced personnel, modern precision machines and high-performance industrial robots. WÜSTHOF cutlery is renowned as high-quality brand all over the world. 

    WÜSTHOF DREIZACK knives are very sharp, can easily be sharpened and are still sufficiently robust. The knives - as every quality chef's knife - should not be cleaned in a diswasher. Simply clean them by hand and dry them with a soft towel after use. Please do use only soft cutting boards of wood or plastic material. Cutting boards of hard material such as marble, stone, metal or glass should not be used.
