As customer you have the right to withdraw the contract within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise and without statements.
Please remark that you have to pay all postal charges.
Upon receipt of your return, we inspect the items. Afterwards we will refund to you the purchase price.
For all new items we deliver, we extend a warranty of 24 months. Some manufacturers, like Fissler, extend according to the product longer warranty periods.
In case of warranty please contact immediately our customer service (phone n. 0049 (0)6781-5678980). If we can't resolve the problem by phone, as next we will look for an on-site service or for the direct processing by the manufacturer.
If it's not possibile, please send the merchandise back to us including the service request form. In case of warranty we will refund to you the postal return charges.
After checking the error by our engineers we will decide if a repairing is possible or if you receive a substitution of the faulty item. In connection with a repairing we will check once more the item and forward it immediately to you.
We can carry out a replacement or a gratuitous repairing only in case of existing errors. If any error doesn't exist, we reserve the right to carry the control costs to your account.
